I am currently working with a well established Principal Contractor who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Fit Out and Refurbishment projects up to £50 Mill within the Commercial Office, Leisure and High End Resi sectors, who are searching for an experienced Technical or Building Services Manager to oversee M&E Packages on their projects across Central London

If you are an experience Technical Services Manager working for a Principal Contractor or a Project/Contracts Manager for a M&E Sub Contractor with a full understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Packages within Fit Out and Refub Projects and would be interested in discussing this further please contact me.

Must have’s

* Fit Out experience.

* Full understanding of M&E Packages.

* UK project experience.

* Authorisation to work in the UK.

Basic Salary to £95k plus travel package and Bens
