Customer Sales Adviser with PA Duties!

Job Overview
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and promoting our amazing products and services. We’re looking for someone with great communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the drive to help others!
Key Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Resolve complaints professionally and confidently.
* Upsell additional products and services where possible.
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Work closely with the team to improve processes and service.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
* Ability to analyse customer needs and offer solutions.
* Experience in data entry and a great eye for detail.
* Confidence in upselling products and services.
* A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but full training will be given!
