Service and Repair Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Tech Service Engineer who will play a key role in providing repairs, technical support and training at our site in Stratford upon Avon.

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, employer pension contribution, and an early finish on Friday.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide training on devices, both on-site and remotely.
Manage and organize training sessions, keeping track of participant records.
Perform repairs and servicing on products, including fault finding and component-level repairs.
Ensure service and repair processes are efficient and meet company standards.
Handle customer queries, providing technical support by phone and email.
Maintain and monitor loan equipment, ensuring it's ready for use.
Work with internal teams on technical issues and participate in regular service meetings.
Complete necessary administrative tasks using company systems.
Requirements:

Experience in a similar service or repair role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Technical ability to diagnose and repair at a component level, with training.
Proficient in using computer systems for service and repair records.
Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
UK driving license required.
