Job Title: Senior Architect or Urban Designer

Location: Surrey (Hybrid working – 1 day WFH)

Salary: £DOE

The Role

We are seeking a number a Senior Architect or Urban Designer to join a growing practice in their Surrey office. As the successful candidate you’ll have a strong background working on large scale residential developments, running materplanning and planning applications for schemes up to 1000 units.

The Company

This company is a multi-disciplinary practice works across residential schemes, commercial, landscape, urban design, healthcare, interior design, sports & leisure facilities and retail projects.

The role will require

* Large scale feasibility layouts

* Masterplans

* Site visits and appraisals

* Outline planning applications

* Reserved matters and detailed applications

* Prepare reports

* Oversee and check drawings

* Help and mentor junior members of the team

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Relevant degree

* Commercial aware

* Previous experience working on large residential developments

* Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop & MS Office

* Revit & SketchUp is advantageous

Salary & Benefits

* Salary is dependent on experience as there are multiple roles on offer
