Project Director - Berkshire

We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Project Director in Berkshire.

Our client specialise in education, health care, commercial, retail & leisure schemes.

You will be overseeing multiple projects from £30million - £100million+.

Job role: Project Director

Salary: £95,000 - £110,000 + package (Depending on experience)

Location: Berkshire and surrounding areas

Project Director responsibilities:

Monitoring build progress and ensuring project quality.
Overseeing the completion of multiple schemes, ensuring it meets programme & safety standards.
Meeting with stakeholders, clients and senior site teams to report on project progress.
Managing Project Manager's and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.Project Director Knowledge and skills:

Strong leadership and communication.
Attention to detail.
Experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Director.
