Addison Project Plc is seeking a contractor to provide Process Engineering services for a Process Sector upgrade project. This scope will be delivered from our Thornton-Cleveleys office.

Services to be provided

* Produce Process Calculations/Data sheets/Equipment specification

* Produce PFD/P&ID/Cause and effect development

* Produce Process reports/philosophy

* Plant troubleshooting

* Equipment/Piping/Valve/inline items and instrument schedules

* Checking/Approval of documents

* Liaising with vendors for equipment

* HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA attendance

* Hazardous Area Classification and DSEAR assessment

Evidence Required

* A Chemical degree is essential.

* Chartered status is desirable.

* Demonstrable experience working in a UK Onshore process engineering design team, within either a petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry.

* Demonstrable knowledge and experience of HAZOP, DSEAR and ATEX in a COMAH environment.

* Ability to work to high level of autonomy and to produce high quality results.

* Passion for and track record for delivering safe, fit for purpose, accurate design, completed to cost and programme.

* Ability to be adaptable and to drive progress to meet targets.

* Thorough approach with attention to detail and the ability to recognise and minimise risks.
