We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our team and maintain the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring a safe, effective, and compassionate environment.
Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to provide exceptional person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and continuously strive for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
Develop and implement personalised care plans that prioritise residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding policies are in place.
Manage budgets effectively, oversee resource allocation, and ensure the financial sustainability of the home.Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or residential care home.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
