Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Aerospace Customer Service person for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.

Job Description:-

* Customer Services (Telephone and E-Mail)

* Keeping clients up to date with their shipment status including; flight and customs delays and proof of deliveries

* Keep clients updated on services company can offer

* Develop and maintain client relationships

* Sending pre-alerts to overseas offices

* Provide quotes to customers

* Monitor all shipments.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
