As a Land Disposals Manager, you’ll report to the National Land Disposals Manager and will:
Lead the sale of development land to housebuilders, developers and individuals across the country.
Collaborate closely with Development Managers and internal teams to drive value from land and property portfolios.
Liaise with managing agents, developers, local authorities, and legal professionals.
Identify new disposal and development opportunities within our vast estate.
Oversee junior team members and advise on strategic reports.
Manage the annual land disposals budget and track financial performance.
Build strong networks with agents, consultants and potential buyers.What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
Strong valuation and development experience within property/land.
A sound understanding of property law and legal agreements, including contracts, overages and title issues.
A proven track record in managing the entire disposal process, from marketing to negotiation and completion.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Sharp analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, strategic recommendations.
