CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that work with primary, secondary & SEN schools across the West Midlands.

We are looking for ECT's to help support primary, secondary or SEN schools across Birmingham or Sandwell with daily, short term and long term cover. (whatever suits you best)

We have a number of vacancies currently available but we are also able to get you CV out to local schools to find you a suitable position. Our job is to find you the most suitable role!

Daily supply work may appeal to individuals who are looking for a flexible work life balance as working on supply you can pick what days you are available each week.

Furthermore, as a newly qualified teacher it allows you to visit a few schools in your local area, gain more classroom experience and explore your preferences before commiting to something more long term/permanent.

The successful candidate will essentially have:

* Qualification: QTS or equivalent

* Atleast 2 months of UK classroom (TA or Teacher) experience

* Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be applied for)

* Available between 1 to 5 days per week

Your responsibilities will be:

* To teach students to a high standard

* Provide reliable cover at a local school or schools (short or long term)

* Follow the behavioural policies set by the school

* Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
