Description

Lead food procurement strategies and initiatives.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
Managing a small team to ensure the smooth execution of procurement on a daily basis

A successful Procurement Manager - Food, should have:

A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Proven experience within procurement, open to sector experience.
Exposure to an FMCG environment would be beneficial
Strong knowledge of food procurement processes and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
