They are seeking a Trainee Insurance Advisor to join their successful team on a full time, permanent basis. The salary is £22,000 and with annual increases and benefits. This would suit an individual with customer service experience and a dynamic approach to work. You’ll be looking to join an exciting, buoyant business.

The role is Monday – Friday If you are someone who can demonstrate drive and determination this will be perfect for you!

Main duties include;

* Answering telephone inquiries and determine the requirements of customers

* Converting quotes from start to finish

* Handling any mid-term adjustments to personal lines enquiries

* Keeping systems and records up to date

* General administration as and when required

The successful candidate must have;

* Experience within in a customer service setting

* Excellent customer service skills

* Good administration skills

* Someone who is not afraid of the phone

* Excellent sales and customer care skills

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to manage personal workload and meet deadlines

* Ability to work closely and flexibly with other team members

* Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment

* Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
