IT Technician - £26- 28K - On-site

My client, a well-regarded organization based in Peterborough, is actively seeking an experienced IT Technician to join their dedicated internal technical team. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in IT support, particularly those who have experience working in an educational setting, which is highly advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities include:

Managing driver and anti-malware
Providing 1st and 2nd line support
Troubleshooting of various hardware, software, and network issuesSkills required:

1 year of technical support experience
Windows OS and Windows Server
Microsoft 365
Active Directory administration - account creation and password resets
Hardware troubleshooting and repairs
Networking exposure
