Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Alfreton

Shift: Monday to Thursday (7.30am to 4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am to 12.30pm)

Pay: up to £43000 per annum DOE + Overtime = earnings of £45,000 and upwards achievable

Overview:

Working within modern, purpose built, manufacturing facilities we now require a Maintenance Engineer to join the business. Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered. This role will offer a lot of autonomy and a chance to make the department your own.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:

To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
PPM'sThe ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

Time served apprentice trained or above
Previous experience working in a maintenance focused role within a manufacturing/production environment or similarCommutable from: Ilkeston, Alfreton, Derby, Mansfield, Nottingham and surrounding areas.
