Job Title: Property Lawyer – Solicitor or Legal Executive

Location: Guildford or Southampton

Hours: Full-time, permanent

We seek an experienced Property Lawyer to join a top, regional career law firm. You will be working with the Financial Services Litigation team, and Real Estate Teams to deliver a first-class conveyancing service for proper repossession. This newly created role offers a progressive career path, managing your own case load.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide integrated conveyancing services for repossessed properties.

* Manage your own caseload and collaborate closely with the FSL and Property Teams.

* Help build and expand your client base, focusing on lender clients.

* Deliver exceptional client service, anticipating and responding to client needs promptly.

About You:

* Experienced conveyancer with expertise in repossessed property conveyancing (desirable).

* Experience acting for lender clients on repossession sales and post-completion matters (desirable).

* Strong communicator with a collaborative approach to work.

* Passionate about excellent client service and eager to grow the team.
