Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location- Hertfordshire

Type: - Perm

With a turnover of over £20 million, one of UK’S leading Main Contractors is seeking for a Multiple job running Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience within D&B Contracts for Fit-out/Refurbishment on projects valued from £1 million-£15 million

Some of the key duties would include

* Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build

* Site set up and strategy including logistics

* Planning

* Running the job as a number 1

* Ability to run multiple jobs

* Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly

* Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.

* Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors

* Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to

* Finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience within Main Contracting must be 1 hour from their HQ and have CSCS, SMSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.
