About the Role: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the company's infrastructure and helping to drive the expansion of their technical support offering. What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and maintain company-wide infrastructure solutions.
Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, and cloud-based systems.
Lead technical support initiatives and assist with expanding the support team.
Provide expert guidance and resolution for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in infrastructure engineering (networking, servers, virtualiSation).
Knowlede in Security and backups
Strong knowledge of telecoms systems and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
