About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
Lead care planning activities, tailoring them to residents' individual needs in collaboration with families and the multi-disciplinary team.
Ensure care is delivered with dignity, respect, and a focus on independence and choice.
Manage medications safely and effectively, adhering to professional and legal guidelines.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of all individuals in your care.

What We're Looking For
To excel in this Registered Nurse role, you'll need:

A valid NMC PIN and Registered Nurse qualification.
Comprehensive knowledge of care standards and NMC codes of practice.
Experience in person-centred care planning with a proven ability to deliver high-quality care.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of others.
