Job Description:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored educational programs to meet the individual needs of students with a range of special educational needs. Your role will include:

Developing and implementing individualised learning plans.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborating with support staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
Monitoring and assessing students' progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
Providing support and guidance to teaching assistants and other classroom staff.
Promoting social and emotional development through engaging and innovative teaching practices.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with students with special educational needs.
Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
A DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one.Benefits:
