A prestigious international estate agency is seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Consultant to join its high-performing client services team. This pinnacle property brand sits as one of the most recognised, decorated and multi-award winning companies globally and offers a number of industry leading career benefits. This telephone based role involves building exceptional relationships with landlords and vendors looking to sell or let their properties and booking valuations for the huge network of estate agency offices across the UK to attend. This role is paramount to growing instructions and increasing revenue for the branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound calls to potential new clients and will receive a lucrative commission structure for new business won.

? Basic Salary: Up to £27,000
? OTE: £50,000+ (Top earners exceeding £70,000) - personal commission + a pool commission paid from day one!
? Location: South West London
? Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM (early finish Friday, hit target for an even earlier finish Friday)
