Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Haddenham, Buckinghamshire

Contract Details:
Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:
£25,400 - £26,500 per annum

Pension schemeResponsibilities:

Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
Manage inbound, replenishment, and outbound workflows including receiving materials, inventory management, and dispatching finished products.
Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records in line with SAP levels.
Ensure proper stock rotation to minimise aged stock.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Collaborate effectively with the Operations team to meet production and customer order fulfilment targets.Essential Skills

Experience in a warehouse or similar operational role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
