This is a critical appointment to lead the financial operations and elevate the company’s growth trajectory. Creating a positive work culture and driving change and development internally is critical to our client.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our business goals.

* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to guide decision-making.

* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain compliance with regulations.

* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team.

* Risk Identify and mitigate financial risks.

* Manage the yearly statutory accounts and external audit.

* Drove process improvement and profitability across the business.

The main candidate will be:

* Fully qualified with significant experience post qualified at senior level.

* Proven track record as a Finance Director or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

* Expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and team leadership.

* Strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

* Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff development.
