Our client is a well established construction main contractor with various projects across Manchester and the North West. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a £55m residential project in the city centre.

About The Role

As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll manage large scale or complicated multi-disciplinary construction schemes or sites and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and company standards.

About You

* Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.

* Be a CSCS card holder.

* Be self-motivated and results orientated with a positive outlook.

* Have good management skills, with the ability to motivate employees to achieve high standard of compliance.

* Have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards or quality.

* Have sound knowledge of the construction industry.

* Can ensure standards and specifications are met.

* Have excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills and be able to make a sound business to senior stakeholders.

* Chartered membership of a professional institution (desirable).

* A full UK driving licence is essential
