Job Description:

A primary school in Lancaster, working exclusively with Veritas Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their teaching team for the spring term. This is a full-time, temporary role for a qualified teacher passionate about fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other staff to support the school's curriculum goals.
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience: Prior experience teaching at Key Stage 2 is preferred. Both ECTs and experienced teacher are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
Attributes: Adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to student development.
