Permanent OR Temp to Perm Site Manager Requirement.
 
Main Contracting group of companies that undertake turn key D & B high end fit outs, have a special works business and a traditional main contracting arm.  
 
T/O circa £30M Per Annum, established, yet forward thinking.  The business has developed an excellent culture with a low staff turn over.
 
The traditional main contracting business undertake projects up to £8m in value across Education and Commercial projects, primarily Fit outs, Cut & Carve refurbishments with some new build elements.  Work locations primarily M3 / M4 corridor and into London.
 
Our client have an immediate requirement for a  Site Manager, initially to lead a project that has recently started in the Heathrow area.  The requirement has arisen due to family health issues with current Manager, meaning they have had to resign.
 
Initial project is a £4M refurbishment of an industrial unit, involves some external works, bringing more power into the building, some repair to roof and cladding.  Cutting holes into the existing slab to strengthen foundations to accommodate a crane.  New internal steel frame for a mezzanine floor and full office fit out.
 
The requirement is for a No1 Site Manager, capable of liaising professionally with the client and client reps,  short term programming, managing safety, project reporting, problem solving etc.
 
Will need to possess usual safety certs, IT literate, ideally some exposure to MS Project.  Other software the business use is Procore.
 
Reporting into an experience Contracts Manager.
 
Salary £60 - £ 68K - dependent on experience + excellent benefits
