Are you an IT Analyst with a passion for data?  This role combines 1st line IT support, troubleshooting, data skills , and user training to deliver a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT equipment
Serve as a key user for ERP systems
Collaborate with management to create reports, dashboards, and data queries
Support on-boarding, maintain documentation, and create presentations for StakeholdersKey Skills:

Proven first-line IT support skills, including troubleshooting hardware/software, Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools
Experience using SQL, Excel and Power BI
