Shift: 4 on 4 off (Nights) - 18:00-06:00

What You'll Be Doing: Senior Maintenance Engineer

Lead the Way: As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you'll be overseeing night shift operations, ensuring that the plant remains in top shape and any issues are swiftly dealt with.
Maximise Equipment Reliability: Carry out and lead fault-finding, problem-solving, and planned maintenance on a variety of production machinery, helping to minimise downtime.
Support Your Team: Be the go-to person for guidance and troubleshooting, ensuring that your team operates efficiently and effectively.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work complies with food safety and health & safety standards, keeping documentation audit-ready and up to date.
Drive Improvements: Recommend and implement improvements in processes, technology, and safety to help shape the future of the plant.What We're Looking For: Senior Maintenance Engineer

Leadership Experience: You've been there, done that, and are ready to take the reins, leading a team and ensuring top performance during night shifts.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience in fault-finding, problem-solving, and maintenance-both electrical and mechanical-ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
Proactive Approach: You're always one step ahead, identifying areas for improvement and leading by example to ensure best practices across the board.
Qualifications: Ideally, you'll have NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, 18th Edition Electrical, and an IOSH qualification. PLC fault analysis experience is highly valued!Why This Role Is For You:
