Heels & Brogues Recruitment are working with a big client based in Sunderland to find a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to contribute to a growing team.
Job Title: Outbound Sales Advisor
Location: Sunderland
Salary: £24,000 per annum
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000 (potential earnings of £3,750 - £4,500 per month)

Key Responsibilities for Sales Advisor:
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients both commercial and residential, promoting products and services.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion.
Requirements for Sales Advisor:
* Previous sales experience in any industry.
* Keen to learn about the power industry and adapt to its specifics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
