Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role is vital in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, contributing to a smooth workflow and effective communication within the team.
Duties
- Updating of wheelset data in the FAMS system.
- Creating and completing work orders for all wagon work in the FAMS system.
- Ordering of NWR wagon materials
- Dealing with queries from customer on work bookings, labour hours and material orders.
- Checking TOPS for updates on all wagons.
- Tracking of fuelling and mileages.
- Liaising daily with customer.
- Cross training of other admin roles within the admin/fleet team to cover for holidays/sick.
37 Hours per week – Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
