Job Title: Community Nurse – Dementia Nursing Home

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Nurse to work in a Dementia Nursing Home in Liverpool. Both day and night shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities

* You will provide nursing care to residents in a dementia nursing home, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.

* Administer medications, conduct assessments, and create care plans tailored to each resident's individual needs.

* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of residents, and liaise with families and external agencies as necessary.

Position Details:

* Location: Liverpool

* Work Pattern: Day and night shifts available

* Rates:

* Day Rate: £25.74 per hour

* Night/Saturday Rate: £32.46 per hour

* Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £40.19 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse with experience in dementia care

* Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
