Controls Engineer - Manufacturing - £45-£55 - Outside IR35

Shorterm Group are partnered with a business in aerospace manufacturing to recruit an experienced Controls Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team.

As a controls engineer with us you will be:
- Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting robots for manufacturing processes.
- Developing and modifying PLC (Siemens/Rockwell) and HMI systems for automation control.
- Integrating robotics with existing control systems and ensuring seamless operation.
- Performing fault-finding, debugging, and optimization of control loops and automation
systems.
- Collaborating with electrical engineers, software developers, and production teams to
improve automation processes.
