What We’re Looking For We seek an experienced leader within children's residential care who can lead by example, support staff, and engage positively with young people. You’ll be part of the management team and play a key role in creating a nurturing and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
Safeguarding First: Protecting young people from harm and ensuring their care plans and risk assessments are up to date.

Resilience & Commitment: Supporting young people through challenging situations with patience and understanding.

Health & Safety Awareness: Ensuring the well-being of young people, staff, and visitors at all times.

Ongoing Training & Development: Completing essential training and working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People if not already achieved.

Active Engagement & Fun: Encouraging and participating in activities that promote well-being, development, and enjoyment.

Education Support: Assisting young people with accessing education and ensuring regular attendance.

What You Need
A Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

At least 1 year of experience in a children’s residential setting (preferred)

A passion for supporting young people and helping them thrive

The ability to work flexibly, including shifts, evenings, and weekends
