Account Manager – Retail Fit-Out and POS

Due to growth, we are on the hunt for several Account Managers at different levels with experience of working in the retail fit-out and permanent POS space.
This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your selected clients, ensuring satisfaction, coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver projects, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact you’re your clients.
You will join a business that has grown years on year, has a strong track record of transforming retail experiences for global retail brands, mainly within Health & Beauty sector. From complex merchandising solutions to comprehensive retail environments, to shop-in-shops and point-of-sale displays.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
12 months experience in account management, customer success, or project management roles.
Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering results.
12 months minimum experience in the Retail Fit-Out/Permanent POS Displays sector
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
High proficiency in CRM software
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
