Our client is a major Tier 1 Contractor that operates throughout the South Wales area. Due to the award of a major build project, in excess of 200 million pounds, they have approached us with the requirement to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.

The role will involve playing a key part in the overall commercial delivery of the scheme, reporting to the commercial lead. It is likely you will look after various packages across the project.

Candidates will come from a main contracting background, ideally having worked on larger projects previously and will reside within commutable distance of the Cardiff area.
