Established in 1993, the gallery has since grown into one of the most influential commercial galleries, representing internationally renowned artists such as Georg Baselitz and Dame Tracey Emin.
The Role
As part of growth, we are looking for an HR Advisor to join the team.
This is an HR generalist position with responsibility for both the UK and overseas offices. You'll manage day-to-day people operations, covering all aspects of employee relations from performance management to strategy, learning, development and recruitment.
You’ll also have the opprtunity to help contribute and shape the HR department, working closely with the Head of HR and Senior HRBP.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to liaise across all business levels.
• Extensive HR generalist experience ideally gained in an SME business.
• Experience working within high-growth environments, bringing an understanding of challenges/opportunities that come with this.
• Ability to develop an existing but premature HR department.
• Ability to apply appropriate discretion in sensitive situations and always retain complete confidentiality.
• Ability to work under own autonomy and collaborate as part of a senior management team.
• CIPD qualification.

The company currently follow a hybrid work pattern which consists of 4-days per week in the office. The standard working hours are 10am-6pm.
