You will be:

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly balance‑sheet reconciliations.
Run month‑end and year‑end closes, delivering accurate, timely reports.
Produce variance and cost analyses, turning data into clear recommendations.
Manage cash‑flow forecasting and the full working‑capital cycle (AP, AR, cash).
Lead group consolidations across multiple entities and monitor budget‑vs‑actuals.
Guide team members (payroll, bookkeeping, transactional finance).
Identify and implement process and system improvements.
Support long‑term planning with robust models and forecasts.
Safeguard compliance, internal controls and risk management.

What you'll need:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualification.
Strong track record in management accounting, consolidation and reporting.
Sharp analytical skills and comfort with complex data sets.
Confidence to refine systems and processes in a fast‑moving environment.
Solid knowledge of financial systems and working‑capital management.
