Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on solving technical issues, keeping equipment running smoothly, and minimising downtime?
Working on a rotational 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 shift pattern you will work within a close-knit maintenance team ensuring that machinery and equipment run smoothly, whilst also driving continuous improvement activites across processes.
Key Tasks:
Perform planned preventative maintenance, respond quickly to breakdowns and support emergency repairs
Analyse downtime, improve equipment performance and suggest innovative solutions
Input programs into HMI and ensure all software is backed up
Upload parameters to inverter drives
Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations while minimising risks and ensuring the smooth operation of machineryRequirements:
Apprentice trained Electrical / Multi-skilled engineer
Experience of maintenance in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge/experience of PLC fault finding, ideally Siemens S7
Knowledge/experience of Robot fault finding, ABB/Fanuc - advantageous
Strong fault finding / diagnostic skills, able to fix technical issues quickly and effectively
Team player
Excellent communication skills
