Smile Education are proud to be working alongside Mowbray Education Trust to assist their Schools in their recruitment of Cover Supervisors. There is more than one position and the schools are based in Melton Mowbray and Loughborough. These roles are flexible and offer full time as well as part time positions. You will be working for a great trust whose vision is very simple: Children come first. 

Working as a Cover Supervisor! 
Working with these young people means you can make a real and significant impact on their lives. You will be able to make a tangible difference to their education and provide them with the tools they need to succeed and build a bright future. That is what being a role model to the students is all about - Ambition and a commitment to the school ethos is key! 

As a Cover Supervisor no two days are the same, your day will be dependent on the lessons and year group you are supporting in, meaning a degree of flexability is required to be succesful in these positions.

We would like applicants to have demonstrative experience with Children/Students and a strong work ethic and passion for education is something the Trust admires. We can offer work from one day a week to five days a week to best suit applicants and their studies etc.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following: 

Experience of working with Children/Students 
Knowledge of the Secondary Curriculum is admired 
Able and willing to travel to Melton Mowbray and or Loughborough. Smile Education is committed to safeguarding children. Each applicant will be expected to undertake compliance checks including Prohibited list, Barred list, DBS and Qualifications.
