Daniel Owen Agency are currently looking for a Fabric Engineer based in London. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience within Fabric Engineer roles.

As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and installation of various building fabric elements, with a specific focus on fire doors. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and enhance the overall safety of our campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, and maintain fire doors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Carry out general fabric maintenance and repair tasks across the campus.
Work closely with the facilities management team to address maintenance requests and prioritise tasks.
Conduct assessments to identify and resolve issues related to building fabric.
