We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our client’s estate agency. This role centres on outbound calling to prospective clients, building relationships, and strategically filling the diaries of our sales team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in creating strong leads and enhancing our customer journey from inquiry to sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about our property services and identifying clients' needs.
Qualify leads and set up appointments to maximise our sales team’s productivity and ensure a full, productive schedule.
Maintain a client database and accurately log interactions in our CRM system to track and nurture leads.
Provide an exceptional first impression and build rapport, promoting the agency’s brand values and high standards of service.
Collaborate with the sales team, identifying priority leads and ensuring smooth handovers for viewings or meetings. Requirements:
Strong communication skills, confident with outbound calling.
Experience in lead generation, sales support, or similar customer-focused roles.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
