Administrator
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week Full Time or Part Time

An exciting opportunity to join our client’s business within the HR team, no HR experience is required for this role, but would be an advantage if you have touched upon this in previous positions. Supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day admin across the business no day will look the same. A role that is suitable for energetic candidates who enjoy problem solving and have superb attention to detail.

Job Duties:
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR Manager and team
* Maintaining and updating personnel records and systems
* Updating and scanning documents into the Breathe HR portal
* Producing contracts, probation letters and formal correspondence using templates
* Liaising with recruitment agencies
* Documenting sickness and absence through the HR system
* Processing PPE requests from staff
* Providing lockers to staff and logging this
* Helping to organise staff events
* Maintain compliance with health and safety practices
* Participate in related training sessions
What we are looking for:
* Previous Administration experience at a senior level
* Enjoys working in a male orientated environment
* Happy to work in an Engineering office
* Excellent attention to detail
