Primcura are currently looking for 4 Residential Support Workers and 1 Team Leader for a large and established Children's Home in Herne Bay, providing support for vulnerable young people aged 16+

Support Worker - to provide advice, assistance and support to young people, safeguarding their welfare at all times. To attend to young people’s practical, physical and emotional needs. To act as an appropriate role model and to work closely with them to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential.

Team Leader - to provide person centred care and support to children in a Children's Home - Solo Placement. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties who has complex needs and possess excellent communication skills, able to manage challenging behaviour
