Job title: Plumber with commercial experience

Pay rate: £25 an hour

Location: Oxford, OX3 area

Contract: Temporary, 40 hours a week, long term 1 year minimum

Main duties will include:

Conducting regular upkeep on plumbing systems, encompassing examinations and fixes
Removing dead legs/unused pipes
Identifying plumbing problems and offering proficient and practical solutions
Addressing plumbing emergencies promptly and resolving them with efficiency
Working collaboratively with team members and various departments to ensure smooth service provision
Installing, servicing, and mending plumbing systems in a commercial settingsQualifications and experience:

JIB-PMES Gold card
Legionella experience
Freezing pipe systems
