Key Responsibilities:
? Managing the full 360° recruitment process for permanent roles across multiple industries
? Building and maintaining strong client relationships, securing repeat business
? Business development – Identifying and winning new clients and opportunities
? Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates in key roles
? Negotiating contract terms, salaries, and offer packages
? Managing and growing a strong pipeline of talent
? Mentoring junior consultants, sharing best practices, and supporting team success
? Achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

✔️ Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in permanent recruitment
✔️ A strong track record of billing success and client retention
✔️ Excellent relationship-building & business development skills
