Perfect for (Trades) Joiners, Sparks, or Site Supervisors Looking to Step into H&S!

Are you a joiner, electrician (spark), or site supervisor ready to take the next step into health and safety? If you’ve got a sharp eye for site safety and want to help keep things running smoothly (and safely), this could be your perfect move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Site Safety Audits – Spot hazards before they become problems.

✅ Reviewing RAMS & COSHH Reports – Making sure all the paperwork is tight and compliant.

✅ Advising on Construction Activities – Helping teams stay on track and out of trouble.

✅ Keeping Everyone Informed – Regular updates to the team and Directors on all things safety.

What You’ll Need:

? Construction Experience – Whether you’ve been on the tools, managed a team, or both, we want that site knowledge.

? Driving License & Flexibility – Willingness to travel 1–2 nights a week.

? Attention to Detail – If you notice when a hi-vis isn’t zipped up, you’re already halfway there.

? Willingness to Learn – We’ll provide training to get you fully up to speed.
