Major Recruitment is looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to work for our Client`s warehouse based in Filton, Patchway in Bristol.

Location: Filton, Patchway , Bristol , BS34 6FD (Candidates need to be able to work in Avonmouth BS11 0DD for the first 3 month due to training , after training usual place of work will be Filtton)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, weekly rotating hours 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm (Candidates needs to be able to work both shifts)

Pay rate : £12.48 per hour increasing up to £13.48 upon succesfull completion of training

Work in conjunction with : export team, purchasing team , all areas of warehouse and transport companies

Required for the role : previous experience in similar roles , fluent english language skills

Main purpose of the Job: Supporting Section Leader with all inbound and outbound admin activities (Processing orders, booking delivery, providing all necessary documentation to export team, dispatching orders, Invoicing orders

Key Responsibilities:

Follow the booking delivery process to ensure all delivery and transfers are booked accordingly

Assist Section Leader in achieving daily goals of department

Allocating work order picks

Liaising with other teams to resolve any potentials issues

To ensure that all orders are using scanning systems as required. Using computerised systems to book courier collections.

To ensure that all orders are packed as carefully and efficiently as possible as per training and methods instructed by management and ensuring all shipper cartons are labelled correctly.

To ensure all consignments are shipped using the appropriate carrier as per management guidelines.

Ensure internal communication of order information within the organization

To ensure that our Customer's requirements are met and exceeded within deadlines through coordinating and prioritizing activity across shifts
To identify problems which may occur and take appropriate action to resolve the situation, updating managers or other departments as necessary
To ensure that finished products are stored carefully and in the correct location at all times.

To ensure all orders are dispatched on time as per management instructions.

To ensure all instructions given by management are followed at all times.
