Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: £32,000 p/a

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large, well-established UK business as a Payroll Administrator. This is a hybrid role based at recently refurbished offices in Birmingham, offering a friendly, team-focused environment and a host of great benefits.

You’ll be joining a supportive payroll team responsible for delivering high-volume, end-to-end payroll in a business that values accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset.
  
Responsibilities include:
• Processing payroll from start to finish across multiple cycles.
• Ensuring statutory deadlines and internal service level agreements are met.
• Resolving employee payroll queries with professionalism and clarity.
• Supporting audit requirements and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation.
• Collaborating with HR and finance where necessary.
  
Skills & experience required:
• Strong experience processing end-to-end payroll.
• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
• Confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-focused and able to manage deadlines under pressure.
• Previous exposure to HR processes would be an advantage but not essential.
