Contact Centre Team Leader

~£31,000 pa inc. OTE plus opportunities for Overtime

Full time, Permanent – 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday (on rota basis)

Responsibilities:

* Assisting the Contact Centre Manager with the day-to-day duties of running a successful contact centre.

* Providing coaching, support and guidance to staff during systems and procedures training.

* Regularly reviewing telephone and call compliance data, tracking individual performances and achievements, and taking active participation in improvement initiatives.

* Motivating staff to achieve team targets and organising monthly incentives.

* Demonstrating outstanding customer service, booking and reviewing appointments via telephone enquiries with customers, ensuring departmental procedures are consistently adhered to.

* Communicating ideas through delivery of workshops and team meetings.

* HR support – recruitment, return to work meetings and employee development plans.
