This full-time position starts ASAP, with paid trial days taking place this week and next.

Located in Watford, the school offers excellent resources and facilities, creating an environment where students can thrive. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), challenging behaviour, and Down syndrome.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to secondary-aged students, both 1:1 and in small groups, addressing their individual learning needs.
Assist pupils with SEN, including ASD, challenging behaviour, and Down syndrome.
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Help students manage their behaviour and make progress in their learning.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant seeking a full-time position (8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday) in a well-run secondary school.
