Position: Qualified Social Worker

Salary: from £60,000 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus + Bonus

Bonus Scheme: Earn up to 21% of your salary (OTE £72,600)

Hours: Full time

You will be:

A fully qualified Social Worker.
Experienced in Residential Children's Settings.
Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic.
A strong people manager with a hands on approach.
Fully committed to achieving the best outcomes for families.
Ability to work flexibly.

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivery of quality care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the service.
Leading your team along with other professionals, you will provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child focused on obtaining the best outcomes.
You will act as a positive role model to colleagues and children to meet their everyday living needs, developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.
Mentoring and guidance of junior staff.
You will be part of a nurturing team that provides support and advice to parents in carrying out all aspects of basic care to their babies and young children.
